The Administration of the President of the Diaspora is a group of advisers in the service of the President to help him in making decisions.
\nIts composition is left to the discretion of the President. The Presidential Administration is the body on which the President relies to obtain information on the progress of affairs under the jurisdiction of the Executive Council.
\nThe staff of the President’s Cabinet specialize in a very specific field (economics, charity, legislation, culture, medicine, Health, sports, etc.) and are responsible both for advising the President in this area and for overseeing the activities of the executive council in order to check whether there is consistency between the axes defined by the charter and their specific implementation in administrative work.
\nThe President’s associates send him a monthly declaration on the situation and state of internal affairs of the Diaspora.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The Administration of the President of the Diaspora has the following tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • – prepare the execution of the President’s decisions on all issues;<\/li>\n
  • – to advise the President on decisions that need to be taken in the relevant areas of competence of the Presidential Service, informing him about their consequences in the life of society;<\/li>\n
  • – coordinate the decisions of the president with the actions of the executive council;<\/li>\n
  • – to inform the executive council of the President’s guidelines for the development of the association;<\/li>\n
  • monitor the execution of decisions made by the President;<\/li>\n
  • – monitor the activities of the executive board and give conclusions;<\/li>\n
  • – Regularly provide the President with brief information on current events in Cameroon and the Russian Federation;<\/li>\n
  • – prepare a statement of decisions and a full report on the discussions at the end of each meeting;<\/li>\n
  • – independently make certain decisions that he considers appropriate to the President’s policy, but which do not deserve to be brought to his attention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The Presidential Administration reports to the Director of the Cabinet, appointed by Presidential decree.<\/p>\n

    The Director of the Cabinet assists the President in his prerogatives and ensures the organization, coordination and control of the work of the President’s Cabinet. .
