At the moment, the Diaspora consists of 37 Member Cities, 38 associations and representations. In Moscow, there are 3 associations represented in Diaspocam, 2 in St. Petersburg, and a single one in all other cities.<\/p>\n

The presidents of cities and associations are elected directly by our fellow citizens living in the corresponding cities. The duration of their mandate is determined by the Internal Charter of their association. The president of each city has to build his team, that altogether, will be responsible for the socio-economic and cultural situation of their association.<\/p>\n

Diaspocam does not intervene in the direction and internal management of the city-members, but interacts with the committees and commissions chosen in the cities.<\/p>\n
